The Wedding Booking Form

Please only complete this form once you have contacted Minxies and we have confirmed availability for your wedding date.

Once availability has been confirmed, your wedding booking is secured by completing this form and paying the £75 non-refundable booking fee. The £75 booking fee is deducted from your trial invoice and is not an additional charge.

Please note: we are unable to book or carry out a trial until your Wedding Booking Form has been completed and your £75 booking fee has been received. If you would like to arrange your trial, please complete both steps first.

This form gives us all the information we need to set up your booking, allocate the appropriate artist(s) and begin planning your trial and wedding morning.

Please allow approximately 5–10 minutes to complete the form. Don't worry if you don't know every detail yet — where something hasn't been confirmed, simply enter TBC.

If possible, please have ready:
A recent photograph of yourself showing your hair and/or face
Inspiration images for your hair and/or make-up

Once we have received both your completed Wedding Booking Form and £75 booking fee, we can secure your wedding booking and arrange your trial.

We ask this so we can respectfully refer to you throughout our communication. Sharing your pronouns is completely optional.

Where your trial will take place
Please provide the full address where you would like the team to attend on your wedding morning. Travel charges apply for locations more than 10 miles from CF10 and are calculated at 75p per mile.
This needs to be the number of a person that is going to be with you on the morning of your wedding. This number will be used as a back up if we are unable to get in contact with you on the day.
Tell us about any ideas or preferences you have so far. Don't worry if you're undecided — your makeup artist can help you create your perfect look during your trial.

This information will help us match you up with your booking fee.
Please let us know the names and/or social media handles of any wedding suppliers you have already booked, such as your photographer, videographer or content creator. This helps us know who we'll be working alongside and correctly credit suppliers when sharing your wedding.
